The Alignment Foundation
This 3 month, biweekly program is designed to deep dive into the beliefs you hold about yourself, your body, and food, along with recurring patterns and internal blocks that may be keeping you stuck or in a constant pattern that isn't serving you. Rather than forcing change, we bring awareness to what’s beneath the surface—creating space and an essential foundation for building sustainable habits, clarity, and regulation.
Living in Alignment
This 6 month, biweekly program is a true transformational journey designed to expand upon the 3 month alignment foundation to address multifaceted challenges in real time. Life is a journey and being able to address and navigate through not just patterns and internal blocks, but real time challenges that may come with the season, is key. We will build on our awareness, address complex or chronic issues, and build longterm habits that embody who we are becoming.

Supporting digestion, nutrient absorption, and the gut–brain connection as a foundation for energy, hormone balance, and resilience across life transitions

The Wellness Path to Alignment
Initial health history, a 60-75 minute virtual session where we tailor a personalized wellness plan to you and your goals
Biweekly, 50 minute virtual sessions where goals and aligned action come together, allowing us to track your progress
Weekly check ins via email for accountability and additional support, as well as continuing education resources
